1. Cancellation

Order cancellation will only be accepted within 24 hours of your purchase.

3. Returns Process

4. Delivery

It will take 2-3 business days to process your order. 10-20 business days for delivery to most areas.

NOTICE:

1. DUE TO COVID-19, SHIPPING SPEED MAY BE AFFECTED!

2. Shipping Costs to Alaska and Hawaii are applied to State Taxes.

3. The shipping might be delayed if customs clearance is required.

5. 15 Days Exchange/Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service support@oukitel.zendesk.com to make sure you send the package to the right address. Please kindly notice we are going to deduct 15% for credit card payment and handling fees. Upon receiving the product, we will send you a new item for free or issue your refund. The shipping cost of the exchange/return shall be covered by the customer.

NOTICE:

1. If the products are sent with the wrong size/width/color, we will cover the shipping cost for the return. As for the refund, we are going to withdraw 15% of the purchase amount for the Payment & Handling fee.

2. For exchanges/returns, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 7 - 10 business days, upon receiving your item back and also depending on stock availability.

Worst service ever!

You are a joke company! I can't give one star, becouse my review will never show! And even one star is too much.

First when the phone arrived I was really happy about it. It was really nice for the price. I was using it always with bluetooth earphones during phone call.
After a few week when I tried to call with the ear speakers, I found out that they don't work. That was about in february 2022. Since then I try to contact the support. Not even one answer. I wrote tons of emails and they just ignore it. This is the worst service one can imagine. More than 6 months I try to contact support now. If the support would work somehow, I guess... but for ignoring a support request for 6 months!!!!!!!!!! you not only lost me as a customer but also all my friends I recommended the phone.

Плохое качество съёмки в режиме 64mp, фото часто не сохраняется, а если сохраняется то только серый фон. Мембрану микрофона пришлось проткнуть по совету официального магазина на AliExpress

It's Perfect!

I bought this very same phone off Amazon, & it works better than any other phone I ever had. I say the only problem is how the size is a bit large, but overly all I never had any problems with it ever since I bought it. I've been relying on it even up to now. This phone is the best, at least until three to five years from now. 😄
