It will take 7-10 business days to process your order.10-30 business days for delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and European Union Countries.30-60 business days for delivery to Russian and Asia Countries.

5. 15 Days Exchange/Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service cc@oukitel.cc to make sure you send the package to the right address. Please kindly notice we are going to deduct 15% for credit card payment and handling fee. Upon receiving the product, we will send you a new item for free or issue your refund. The shipping cost of the exchange/return shall be covered by the customer.
NOTICE:
1.If the products are sent with the wrong size/width/color, we will cover the shipping cost for the return. As for the refund, we are going to withdraw 15% of the purchase amount for the Payment & Handling fee.
2.For exchanges/returns, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 7 - 10 business days, upon receiving your item back and also depending on stock availability.

I've never even heard of Oukitel. I found it in an ad for a "tough" phone. I'm really hard on phones, so I bought one. I usually get a Google/Sony phone within the same price range. This phone is awesome. It came with a screen protector pre-installed, which is an automatic 3 1/2 stars. I never understood why all phones don't automatically do this. This thing is a literal brick. I feel like I could throw it through a window, pick the phone out of the broken glass and then call a glass company for a new window. The camera/video and night vision look good. Battery lasts forever. Its heavy. Good for man hands. Not good for little manicured baby hands.
