5. 15 Days Exchange/Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service cc@oukitel.cc to make sure you send the package to the right address. Please kindly notice we are going to deduct 15% for credit card payment and handling fee. Upon receiving the product, we will send you a new item for free or issue your refund. The shipping cost of the exchange/return shall be covered by the customer.

NOTICE: If the products are sent with the wrong size/width/color, we will cover the shipping cost for the return. As for the refund, we are going to withdraw 15% of the purchase amount for the Payment & Handling fee.

For exchanges/returns, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 7 - 10 business days, upon receiving your item back and also depending on stock availability.

I buy Oukitel wp12pro in Ukraine, wheare i live. For price about 3500/27= 130 usd. This iz waz at spring 2022. For that monay iz like the airplane beetwin smartfones. If compare: like Su-27, then Iphone 12- like F-35. I mean, for such money-it is simply the Gift. Now I want to find smart watch Oukitel. Who oficial offer Oukitel company in Ukraine? I know- at present following war, war, but I live in Odessa region and heare quiet while. USA very much help our army and we hope to win this war!
Recently I buy Oukitei C17pro for my doughter, her berthsday at 07.09. In 2022 her age- 12 ears. I think that will be for her very nicely surprise. I not see her 8.5 years, because I was at the prizon for murder. I waz seaman and at my last contract ( voyage) stay crazy. My dauther do not remember my, because her was 3,5 years old. I think, this gift very likes to her. Now she will see me like at first time. I devorsed whis her mother and my dougther have another father. But he now work in Poland . She have little sister -about 2 years old from her second father. I live alone, while not have the job-coming war. But I work volonter -help disloading gumanitary cargo-food, from Worid Central Kitchen and recive food pacet 10kg every time , when gumanitary help coming. Also, I recive pension from state ( about 100 usd permonth) becouse I was in speshial medical prizon-diagnoz " shizofrenia paranoic:" I have one request: to my douther very need laptop for study at school, becouse now all school in Ukraine work only online. Maybee somebody have old laptop with low parameters. Need only laptop with web camera and posibility work online in internet with ticher in Telegram, Skype... Only just bought this phone but I am very pleased with it especially the speed at which it charges and holds the charge, it also looks good and more expensive than it was I would definitely advise anyone looking for a phone then this is the one to buy.
