The phone is good, but the softver update is very bad! Security update isnt for this phone! The main camera whit 4k video is very poor quality!

I received the phone very fast, everything works fine and very good quality. I recommend to all my friends.

OK.... the phone is big and heavy. It's more like a brick and totally unsuitable for a shirt pocket. With a protective case and credit cards, my phone weighs over 730 grams. But thanks to a good Bluetooth headset, that doesn't matter to me.

As a journalist and press officer, my phone is constantly in use - whether for calls, WhatsApp, emails or for navigation. Especially from colleagues with high-priced phones from A**le and Sa#*ung, I am always ridiculed at trade fairs and press events at first because of "the brick". That changes in the afternoon at the latest. While my colleagues nervously search for charging options and power banks, I still have energy for the rest of the week. Sometimes I use my smartphone as a power bank and charge my colleague's phones. :-)
To be honest, a lighter smartphone with a pocket for charger and powerbank is altogether heavier than this beast.

Unfortunately, Germany has a poor mobile network. Thanks to two SIM cards from different providers, I always have reception. In addition, the reception quality is better than with my previous phones. The WP 19 offers many frequency bands. This means I can also make calls abroad without any problems. Here, I replace a SIM card with the card of a local provider and can thus still be reached under my German number and make cheap calls in the respective country with the local card.

There is also room for a TF card, so I have plenty of storage space for all my important data. All apps run stably. This also applies to apps like alarm clocks, which often no longer work reliably or crash in energy-saving mode. Since I don't need energy-saving mode, the problem can't occur. Bluetooth runs reliably and I have never had such good WLAN reception as with this phone.

The cameras are perfectly adequate for my day-to-day purposes. However, my demands are not really high. For high-quality shootings, I use professional photo and video equipment. The sound quality and speech intelligibility are good. In the meantime, I have dropped the phone several times and it has landed on concrete floors, in snow and in water. Even though the initial shock was great.... no problem. Pick it up, wipe it off and go on!

I know my review reads like a company advertisement. But it's not, I'm completely independent. It's just the first time I've had such a reliable mobile phone with such a high utility value. I used to use phones from the well-known brands as well. This phone offers more and costs only half as much.

Phone doing very well, bartery and night vision are awesome. I've only hope there won't be a problem with fingerprint just like earlier model WP 17.
