Received the phone on 9th Jul 2023 through Amazon online. Inserted Jio Sim as Sim1. No SD Card slot available, Only dual sim. Jio app shows this phone as Non-5G-Phone. Device non-5G compatible. Phone is really good, otherwise.

Oukitel WP10 The Best Rugged Phone There Is!!
I had a WP10....I can guarantee everyone, that this phone is really a Tank... the Best & Truly Rugged Phone!!. I threw the phone 4 times, very very very hard against the wall and the floor. The wall got scratches and dents... and the laminate floor got 2 deep holes but the Oukitel WP10 phone remained intact!!...no crack or tear in the screen/glass....the cameras were intact...the phone frame was straight with no dents or scratches...everything worked perfectly!!. Unfortunately, the phone was stolen from me. I miss my WP10.... as soon as I have enough money I will buy another one. Too bad they are hard to come by now.

a tela do meu WP10 não está funcionando após contato do aparelho com água.
Meu sonho era ter um telefone robusto com bateria de longa duração, memória de bom desempenho , a prova d'água e quedas.
foi quando conheci a Marca Oukitel através de um amigo e escolhi o aparelho que a meu juízo se enquadrava nas minhas expectativas, comprei o modelo oukitel WP10 5G,ele vinha funcionando perfeitamente, não caiu, mas no último final de semana usei ele para fazer fotos na piscina e ele entrou em contato com água, em seguida a tela apagou e desde então não consigo usar meu aparelho.
Já entrei em contato com a empresa e aguardo uma solução, gosto do meu aparelho e pretendo continuar usando telefones da marca oukitel, mas isso depende da solução que me apresentarem para o problema com meu wp10.

Conception et Étanchéité à revoir...La critique fait grandir !
Depuis des années vous faites des téléphones avec couvercle d'étanchéité, alors que ceux-ci pourraient être avantageusement remplacés par un port USB type C 100% étanche comme sur les téléphones Unihertz par exemple...
Résultats pour moi, a force d'ouvrir et de fermer celui-ci, Le couvercle n'est plus étanche.... Carte-mère HS kapput !! Tout ça pour économiser quelque centimes à la production...
Aussi un autre point très négatif pour un téléphone soit disant renforcé, pourquoi mettre la vitre des objectifs en saillie par rapport à la surface de l'appareil !?! Une ineptie ! Cela exposé la vitre unique aux chocs ! Ayant intégralement démonté l'appareil, qui par contre est très bien assemblé, il y avait carrément la place de faire en sorte que les objectifs ne dépassent pas ! Alors pourquoi une telle bêtise ???
Non vraiment je me demande a quand un flagship vraiment indestructible ?
Vous pouvez me contacter si vous voulez des idées constructives, je me ferai un plaisir de vous faire le cahier des charges d'un vrai téléphone de baroudeur fort de mon expérience personnelle, prenant en compte l'esthétique, le déboursé de production, la robustesse et le formfactor, je suis sérieux ! On va attendre encore combien de temps pour avoir un tel appareil ? 30 ans ?

Umtausch offensichtlich nicht gewollt oder möglich
Ich wollte die Uhr umtauschen, weil Sie keinen GPS-Empfang hat, die hat trotz mehrfacher Versuche nicht geklappt. Auch ein Anschreiben an den Kundendienst hat nichts gebracht Vor dem Kauf wurde bei Fragen reagiert, auf meine Umtauschbitte erfolgte absolut keine Reaktion.
