Shockproof

the screen is supposed to be shockproof, but it is not. My mobile phone has not been dropped and there is a crack in the screen. this would not be covered by warranty.

здравствуйте, являюсь владельцем oukitel wp21 уже 2 месяца, и как геймер, хочу иметь в виду, что нужно допилить датчик температуры процессора, так как он начинает тормозить частоту с 38-39° . Делай хоть 55-60°, а если играть на 120 герцах в world of tanks blitz на минимальных настройках, то 2 минуты и тормозит частота

Нужна доработка телефона и его обновление.

Купил ваш телефон месяц назад русификация не полная обновления нет, после купания в воде глючил 2 дня потом восстановился еле еле. Не работает андроид авто с Тойота рав 4 ха50. Очень плохо что нет чехла и шнурка в комплекте.

Great but....

The phone itself is great. Very fast. second display?? wow. Extraordinary sound. Plus night vision. minus. Does not work on 3G 4G network without VoLTE in Poland. So we can have coverage but we won't make calls without active VoLTE. I'm waiting for a software update
