Oukitel WP6

I bought one from bangood and received it on android 10, I tried to install it for android 9 and lost the imei, any ideas on how to recover?

Love this phone, great picture s, a stunnng camera, great battery, as it' says on adverterisable non breakable
But it says dust proof, drop proof, etc.
Have this phone, 5 months, I dropped it, when finishing work, had so much things, in my hands, going to the car, and from the corner, on left hand side, straight across the glass, it's showable, and reaching at bottom of phone, I see the video s, of oukitel, dropping, and throwing, I'm disappointed in that, but the phone isn't broken though, still working fine, so I'm rating this phone, only a 4 star.

I have two active kids and my phone's was dead pretty fast. Drown, broken . Also kids cartoons and game was emptying my battery 3 times a day!
That phone was perfect! Checking all the needs of mother. Photos and videos are great too.
Only one negative thing , I found it hard to transfer photos and video to my PC.
Recommend for all mothers! 💕

PROS: (I) Excelent battery life, it lasts for days. (II) Good quality photos and videos. (III) Lots of storage. (IV) Good price.
CONS: (I) Very heavy, I cannot keep holding the device for long (very high weigh), I needed to buy a bag just to carry the smartphone since it is too heavy for the majority of my pants pockets, this is due to the 10.000mAh battery but it is a problem. (II) Contrary to what is advertised, for some reason my WP6 does not have the Gyroscope, I really need this sensor and it does not work at all, when I contacted Oukitel they did not solve the issue nor gave an explanation (Gyroscope should have been present, but it is not!). (III) It seems to have 3 rear cameras, but only 1 (or 2) are functional, the third camera does not seems to work at all (at least in my knowledge). (IV) The Android came with some apps that cannot be uninstalled, example: I use another Video app, but I cannot even deactivate the main Oukitel Video app, and it keep turning back (by itself) as the default app, very annoying. (V) For some reason, even with 4GB RAM, the apps in background keep restarting when I came back to them, this issue does not occur with my other 4GB phone (another brand). (VI) The fingerprint sensor has some issues: first, its very difficult to recognize my fingers (already tried to do the registration again, without better results); then, another BIG ISSUE: when I am holding the phone and just accidentally touch (with any part of my hand) on the sensor it keeps opening the SEARCH (this happens all the time and is very annoying, and you cannot deactivate this Search function, at least I could not find any way). (VII) The camera app does not have all desirable functions (example: cannot control exposition time).
CONCLUSION: Good phone, with issues, and some issues are very bad. I tried to contact Oukitel but have not received help.
