5. 15 Days Exchange/Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure you send the package to the right address. Please kindly notice we are going to deduct 15% for credit card payment and handling fee. Upon receiving the product, we will send you a new item for free or issue your refund. The shipping cost of the exchange/return shall be covered by the customer.
